This policy explains what information Pattaya Bar Simulator (the game, this website, and the installable app) collects about you, how we use it, and the choices you have. Pattaya Bar Simulator is a free game for adults. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the game.

• Gameplay data. The bars you create, your rosters, your in-game actions, and your progress.
• Technical data. Your IP address at sign-up (to help prevent abuse and multi-accounting), basic device and browser information, and in-app usage events such as which pages you view and which features you use, which we store ourselves to understand and improve the game.

2. How we use your information

• To run the game and keep your account and progress working.
• To create your account and sign you in.
• To send essential service emails such as password resets, plus any notifications or email summaries you choose to turn on.
• To protect the game against abuse, cheating, and fraud.
• To understand how the game is used so we can improve it.

3. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

4. Analytics and advertising

We keep our usage analytics in-house. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics networks, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

5. Notifications

If you install the app and opt in, we may send push notifications for the one feature you chose them for: an alert when a lady on your watchlist is working. You can turn these off at any time in your browser or device settings.

6. Service providers we share data with

We rely on a small number of providers to run the game, and they process data only on our behalf:

• Our cloud hosting and storage providers, which run the servers and store the game's data.
• Our email delivery provider, used to send password resets and any emails you opt into.
• The login provider you choose (Google or Discord), if you use social sign-in.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure and may be processed in the regions where our providers operate.

8. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can reset or delete your account from within the game, or contact us to request deletion. We may keep a minimal amount of information where we need it for security or to meet a legal obligation.

9. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, and traffic between you and the game is encrypted in transit. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Age

Pattaya Bar Simulator is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Your choices and rights
